Vestibular Rehabilitation – Dizziness/Vertigo

The Vestibular System is what is known as your "balance" system. The most common vestibular dysfunction is Vertigo or BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo), which causes increased dizziness with various activities. Other diagnoses are Vestibular Neuritis (inflammation of the nerve in your inner ear), Meniere's disease, Vestibular migraine or Acoustic Neuroma.

Physical therapy can help with the vestibular system. We perform various tests to determine exact cause of the dizziness and then make an individualized treatment plan to decrease your systems and help return you to your prior level of function.
